Most of this work shows up in a small box, presented to someone, on a specific date. The lead time is rarely the constraint — the constraint is the detail. Hand-finishing, careful packaging, and presentation matter as much as the engraving itself.

The precision tool. Fine-line detail on bottles, ceramic, coated metals, and glass — the sub-millimeter work where the picture has to be the same on every piece.

Walnut, leather, glass, acrylic. Presentation boxes, leather books, dimensional accents, and the wood-and-metal combinations.
Deep-carved glass and crystal. Reserved for the pieces where the engraving has to live in the material — the trophy that has weight.
Polish, deburr, fill, sign-off. Most of what makes a premium piece feel premium happens here, at the bench, on the second day.

Premium runs often arrive with a presentation date — a retirement dinner, an investor meeting, a release event. We work backwards from that date and we don't miss it. Same-week turnarounds are available on request, priced accordingly.
A piece starts as a phone call, an email, a brief, or a sketch on a napkin. From there, every job runs the same path. We won't ship until it's right.
